The Kensington is a beautiful fully rolled premium double bridle from the Schockemohle Anatomic Line, built entirely from high-quality European leather with stainless steel fittings throughout.
The Anatomic Line bridles from Schockemohle are a range of bridles constructed and adapted to the horse's anatomy. The bridles allow the horse to feel comfortable while working and able to produce a soft outline and a free way of going.
The unique anatomic headpiece of this bridle houses all the buckles that would normally be on the side of the horses face. The design of this headpiece is very unique as it features a shaped design to hold it away from the horses ears, with the pressure being spread evenly over the poll. The adjustable delicate buckles are purposefully offset and held within a channel to the back of the headpiece, that is further secured through a small loop, to ensure the buckles don't move or cause the horse any discomfort.
This fully rolled design is perfect for horses who can get irritated by buckles or have a finer/smaller head that can look overwhelmed by buckles. Very traditional in styling, this bridle is a modern take on a beautiful classic.
The shaped noseband of this bridle has the Anatomic Line cut out to make space for the cheek bones and is softly padded throughout with a pull-back crank style closure under the jaw, making it easier to fasten and reducing the chance of pinching. The slim shaped browband features a single row of large crystals.
