How to measure:
- Chest — measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal and comfortably snug.
- Waist — measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist.
- Hip — measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat (kids only).
If your chest measurement falls between two sizes, size up for layering room over a base layer or mid-layer.

This size chart is a guideline. Measurements are body measurements. IR bodywarmers are designed to layer easily over a long-sleeve technical top, so there is built-in room for mid-layer thickness. For specific back length and chest width of each model (e.g. Jenny Hybrid, Jon Hybrid, Jack Hybrid Kids), refer to the product-specific size chart shown in the product gallery.
