A perfectly engineered and incredibly designed tendon boot from Schockemohle. These new boots are a functional tendon boot, anatomically shaped and designed to fit perfectly to the horses lower leg. Offering incredible protection and shock absorption through EVA foam reinforcement, while still being fully breathable with built in ventilation holes.
The bamboo lining of the boots absorbs horse's sweat and quickly moves heat away from the lower leg due to the three separate ventilation areas. The mesh lining is anti-allergic and anti-bacterial - making them ideal for a full day competing or wearing in hot training sessions at home.
These incredible durable boots are cut away at the top, to allow for full flexion of the horse's knee and slot onto the back of the horses lower leg perfectly. The boots have elastic hook closures - making them easy to put on and remove and the elastic ensures a perfect close fit.

While these boots are very robust and hardwearing - there are some recommendations on how to care for them to promote longevity and keep them in tip-top condition!
After riding, rinse or sponge off any dirt or sweat. Allow to dry naturally.
If the boots are really dirty and you would like to wash them - they are machine washable on a 30 degrees delicate cycle. Do not use fabric conditioner or biological washing powders as this can damage the lining and breathable properties of the boots. Before washing, secure any fastenings and/or velcro.
After washing or when wet, always allow to dry naturally. Do not put into a tumble dryer.
And finally - we strongly recommend that you allow the boots to fully dry before storage - storing them away while wet, or putting them inside each other while wet can create damp and mould and therefore cause irreparable damage to the boots.
