The Equestro Leather Running Martingale with Adjustable Buckles is a straightforward, well-made tanned leather martingale for everyday schooling and jumping. The reins pass through a ring at the end of each fork strap, so it discourages head-raising only when needed and stays passive the rest of the time. As with any running martingale, use rein stops — without them the rings can slide forward and catch on the bit rings.

Each strap and buckle offers plenty of adjustment holes, making it easy to fit ponies through to full-size horses, and a specially designed clip secures the end of the adjustment strap.

Clean regularly with glycerin soap and moisturize with leather milk.
Nourish with leather balm or grease.
