KE Finance Agent - Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the KE Finance Agent application ("App") handles data when connecting to QuickBooks Online on behalf of Kingdom Equestrian Ltd ("Company").

1. What the App Does

The App is a private, internal-use-only tool that connects to the Company's own QuickBooks Online account to perform bookkeeping and financial management tasks. It is not a public application and is not available to third parties.

2. Data Collected

The App accesses the Company's own accounting data from QuickBooks Online, including but not limited to: transactions, invoices, bills, account balances, vendor records, customer records, and financial reports. No personal data of third parties is collected or stored beyond what already exists in the Company's QuickBooks Online account.

3. How Data Is Used

Data is used solely for the Company's internal accounting, bookkeeping, VAT preparation, financial reporting, and business analysis purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

OAuth access tokens are stored temporarily during active sessions only. Refresh tokens are stored securely on the Company's own systems. No QuickBooks data is transmitted to or stored by any third party. All data processing occurs within the Company's own infrastructure.

5. Data Sharing

The App does not share, sell, or distribute any QuickBooks data to third parties.

6. Data Retention

Financial reports and summaries generated by the App are stored on the Company's own systems for business record-keeping purposes. Raw API data is not persisted beyond active sessions.

7. Your Rights

As this is a private internal tool, the data subject is the Company itself. The Company retains full control over its QuickBooks Online data at all times and can revoke the App's access via the Intuit Developer Dashboard.
