KE Finance Agent - End User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the KE Finance Agent application ("App"), a private internal tool developed by and for Kingdom Equestrian Ltd ("Company") to connect to QuickBooks Online for accounting and bookkeeping purposes.

1. Scope of Use

The App is a private, internal-use-only tool. It is not distributed to, or intended for use by, any third parties. The App is used solely by the Company and its authorised agents to access and manage the Company's own QuickBooks Online accounting data.

2. Data Access

The App accesses QuickBooks Online accounting data via the Intuit API using OAuth 2.0 authentication. The App requests only the Accounting scope and accesses only data belonging to the Company's own QuickBooks Online account.

3. Data Security

Access tokens are stored temporarily and are not persisted beyond active sessions. Refresh tokens are stored securely on the Company's own systems. No accounting data is shared with third parties.

4. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" for internal use. The Company assumes all responsibility for its use.
