How to Measure for a Bridle

Noseband: Measure around the nose approximately 4 fingers (about 6cm) below the cheekbone. Standard noseband lengths: Cob ~58cm, Full ~63cm, X-Full ~68cm.

Browband: Measure across the forehead from one ear to the other, following the curve of the skull. Standard browband lengths: Cob ~38cm, Full ~40cm, X-Full ~42cm.

Headpiece: Measure from one side of the mouth, up and over the poll, down to the other side. Most Acavallo bridles have adjustable cheekpieces for fine-tuning.

Reins

Acavallo reins are typically available in one standard length (approximately 130cm - 145cm). Rubber grip reins and laced reins offer different levels of grip for wet or dry conditions.

The shaped and anatomical headpiece is made up of two lateral latex padding, which leaves the central part free to relieve pressure in the horse's skull area. This design puts the comfort and well-being of your horse first.

The shaped browband and noseband are designed to follow the anatomy of the horse, avoiding any pressure on the most delicate points. This minimalist design is typical of Acavallo® products and gives the item a touch of elegance and functionality.

The durable stainless steel buckles ensure long life and secure closure. The Amazzone headstall offers a balance of style, comfort and quality craftsmanship that will satisfy even the most demanding riders.
