Imperial Riding Riding Tights - Tibby Knee Grip
Use this size guide to find the correct size for Imperial Riding breeches and riding tights.
How to measure:
- Waist — measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, keeping the tape horizontal and comfortably snug.
- Hip — measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, usually about 20 cm below the waist.
Imperial Riding breeches use a combined EU/UK size label (e.g. 38/10 = EU 38 / UK 10). If your measurements fall between two sizes, size up for comfort or down for a closer competition fit.

This size chart is a guideline. Measurements are body measurements, not garment measurements — breeches and tights are cut with stretch for a close, performance fit. Full-seat silicone or grip styles are designed to fit close to the skin.
The Tibby kids' tights from Imperial Riding — a 4-way stretch polyester/elastane fabric with a slim fit and an elasticated pull-on waistband. A good option for younger riders who find a full-seat grip too restrictive.
Silicone knee patch in coloured glitter for grip where it counts, a contrast all-over-print piping detail at the waistband, top of the phone pocket and hem, and an IR glitter logo print at the phone pocket.
