All sizes are approximate and given in cm. Rear risers have a depth of 4 cm.

CareSoft gel pads can be hand-washed in a bucket with a little detergent or machine washed in a wash bag at 30°C. Do not use harsh detergents. Do not tumble dry. Do not expose to direct heat.

This partial gel raises the rear of the saddle, offering optimal support whilst reducing pressure on the horse's back.
Made with the renowned Acavallo Classic gel, it offers cushioning, comfort and grip. Its wedge shape with hollow cells provides lightweight, breathable support.
Combinable with an Acavallo non-slip gel for optimal comfort. It is safe, hypoallergenic and can be used directly in contact with the horse's skin.

Riser Pad Technology

Gel pads with integrated wedge sections at the front, rear, or both, designed to correct saddle balance. Built on Acavallo's non-slip gel base, these pads combine anti-slip grip with targeted elevation to address specific saddle-fit imbalances.

What It Solves

Saddle tipping forward (rear riser), saddle tipping backward (front riser), saddle bridging (combination). The most practical solution for riders whose saddle fit has changed — whether from muscle gain or loss, seasonal condition changes, or using one saddle across multiple horses.

Best For

Correcting minor saddle-fit imbalances. Riders who share saddles between horses. Young horses whose topline is still developing. Temporary support while waiting for a professional saddle fit. Note: risers complement but don't replace professional saddle fitting.
